Rigatoni: 4lb Cooked Noodles with 6 jars of sauce brought in a large disposable foil roaster.
Haluski: Cooked noodles, onions, cabbage, butter brought in a large disposable foil roaster
Hot Potato Casserole: 4 large frozen shredded hash browns potatoes
1 1/2 C. Melted Butter
3 TBS Salt
1 1/2 C. Chopped Onion
3 Cans Mushroom Soup
6 C Sour Cream
4 C Grated Cheddar Cheese
Mix all 7 ingredients together. Spread in a large disposable foil pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
6 C crushed corn flake crumbs
3/4 C Melted Butter
Mix together and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
Green Bean Casserole: Use 4 2lb. bags of frozen green beans, thawed then 3 large cans of cream of mushrrom soup
(empty cans in bowl- fill each one 1/2 full with milk-mix together) I also buy frenchs dried onions (2 large cans) Set about
3/4 cup aside. Mix beans, soup. dried onions, add a little salt & pepper into foil pan. Sprinkle the rest of onions on top.
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until hot.
Tossed Salad: Enough to fill a Large Disposable Pan with 2 bottles of Dressing
Potato Salad: Home made - 10lb of potatoes or a large square carton of store bought
Pasta Salad: A large roaster size foil pan filled
Food Needs to be at the school cafeteria between 4 - 5 PM
